3 .1 Product overview

The RJ12 Chain Grinder is a machine that sharpens chains . The machine can sharpen chains (3/8", 3/8" Low Profile,
325" and 1/4" pitch) for power saws and forestry machines .

Description
Holds the grinding wheel in its correct position .
Sets the grinding depth for the gullets .
Shows the head-tilt angle on a scale from 50-90° .
Default: 60° .
Sets the grinding length .
Adjusts the pitch .
Supplies electricity to the machine .
The controls starts and stops the different functions of the machine .
See section 3 .6, "Controls" for further information .
Advances the chain through the vise
Positions the chain as it moves in the machine .
Sets the top-plate angle, 0-35° . Default 30° .
Sets the right and left cutters to equal length .
The wheel that sharpens the chain .
Centers the grinding wheel above the chain .
