4. Connect an inert gas supply (such as nitrogen) to the brass
fitting on the lower left rear panel of the ELSD, with
O.D. line.
5. Connect the external detector cable (Isco part
#250-0000-20) to the Rf200 (Figure 3-5).
6. Connect the other end of the cable to the ELSD, taking
care to observe polarity as indicated by the small tab on
the ground side of the connector.
