There are two possible uses/selections:
Monitoring
Device
a. Monitoring: This application refers to sensors that will be used to monitor such as a freezer
sensor. If Monitoring is selected, the table will auto populate with the values from the sensor.
b. Device: This application refers to sensors that are directly connected to Tracer SC+ but that will
be matched with a piece of equipment. For example, for a VRF Indoor Unit. The installed device
does not use a unit controller to communicate to the Air-Fi sensor.
If the Device is selected for sensor use, click on the referencer icon of the Device column to choose
the Family Type of an installed device.

Tracer SC+ automatically proposes points on that device to send the sensor data. Notice that the
rest of the table is populated with points names from the selected device. Hover over the point name
to see the values from the sensor.
