If you have cardiovascular or ortho-
paedic problems or uncertainties
regarding health (risk group), consult
a doctor before using the device. If
necessary, coordinate the training
programme with your doctor.
Pregnant women should not use the
device or only after consulting their
doctor.
Be careful and do not overexert your-
self when setting up and transporting
the device! Get help from a second
person if necessary.
Batteries can be deadly if swallowed.
Make sure that the training computer
and the battery are out of the reach of
young children and animals. If a bat-
tery is swallowed, immediate medical
attention must be sought. There is a
danger of burns from battery acid.
If a battery leaks, do not allow your
skin, eyes and mucous membranes
to come into contact with the battery
acid. If you touch battery acid, rinse
the affected areas with abundant clear
water straight away and seek medical
assistance immediately. There is a
danger of burns from battery acid.
Non--rechargeable batteries must
not be charged or reactivated in any
way, disassembled, thrown into a fi re,
immersed in liquids or short-circuited.
Before each use, check all parts,
especially the screws of the seat and
handlebar, for tightness and wear.

Use and store the device only in
closed rooms.
No liquid must get into the training
computer. Never immerse it in water!
Take the battery out of the training
computer if it is dead or if you will not
be using the device for a prolonged

period. This will prevent any damage
caused by leaks.
Remove a leaking battery from the
training computer immediately and
clean the contacts.
Protect the device from: extreme
temperatures, strong temperature
fluctuations, persistent moisture,
wet conditions, direct sunlight and
impacts.

ASSEMBLY

Follow these assembly instructions step
by step to prevent any errors during set-
up and subsequent use. When screwing
together, generally use a spanner to
tighten the nuts and use a hex key or
screwdriver for the screws.
1. Place all parts carefully on the floor. To
be on the safe side, place a protective
film or blanket underneath the parts
to prevent any damage to delicate
floor coverings.

2. Place the seat (8) on the seat frame (2)
and screw it on tight with four screws
M6 x 50 (A4) and four curved washers
Ø 6 (A13).
3. Fix the seat frame (2) on the main
frame (1): Place the end piece of
the seat frame in the holder on the
main frame, push through the screw
M10 x 120 (A3) and fix it with the lock-
ing nut M10 (A9) and the flat washer
Ø 10 (A11).

4. Screw the foot support (6) between
the two rods of the seat frame (2). To
do this, use a screw M10 x 90 (A2), a
flat washer Ø 10 (A11) and a locking
nut M10 (A9).

5. Plug the connecting rod (4) into the
wheel frame (3).
