The Korg Pitchblack XS tuner powers on when a cable is connected to the INPUT jack. Ensure the following:

1. Use a mono (TS) cable to connect your instrument to the INPUT jack.
2. Connect a compatible AC adapter (9V, 600 mA or greater) to the DC 9V IN jack. Using an incorrect adapter may cause malfunction.
3. Check that all connections are secure and the power source is working.

There is no reset function mentioned. If it still won't turn on, check the power supply and cables.
