    Shenzhen Linshang Technology Co., Ltd. I. Product introduction The coating thickness gauge is used for measuring the thickness of automobile paint. The gauge transmits the measurement data to the mobile phone APP in time through Bluetooth. The mobile APP can record the paint thickness of different parts of the car and the corresponding shell material and can generate test reports.

    Shenzhen Linshang Technology Co., Ltd. Long press the button to shut down the gauge, or the gauge will automatically shut down in 3 minutes without any operation. When Bluetooth is connected, the gauge will automatically shut down in 10 minutes without any operation.

    Shenzhen Linshang Technology Co., Ltd. Unit setting The device can be set to the metric or imperial unit, and the factory default is metric. Setting method: In the main setting interface, shortly press the button to select “Unit”. Long press the button for 3s to confirm and then enter the unit selection interface.
  • Page 6 Shenzhen Linshang Technology Co., Ltd. 3.3 After hearing a buzzer sound, the gauge will display “Lift off probe at least 15 cm” (as shown in below picture), release the button and lift the probe away from the plate (substrate) for at least 15 cm.

    After the installation is complete, the “漆膜仪(Coating thickness gauge)” icon will appear as shown below. 5.2 How to connect the Bluetooth device A. Open the APP and display the “Linshang” logo for 3 seconds. If there is no bound Bluetooth device, then enter the Bluetooth setting interface.
  • Page 8 Shenzhen Linshang Technology Co., Ltd. After the connection is successful, it will automatically enter into the main measurement interface and display the information read by the gauge and Bluetooth icon will be displayed at the bottom right of the gauge screen.

If the APP has a bound Bluetooth device, the logo interface will appear for 3 seconds then automatically search and connect the bound Bluetooth device. When the connection is successful, it will automatically enter the “测量(Measurement)” interface and display the information read by the gauge.
