Hard limit switches and passive runner

In order to avoid collisions each Track Runner will have a hard limit switch on both sides [A]. And when
it reaches the end of the track, the rod [B] will activate the on-board limit switch and the unit will stop
before it collides. In the same manner two or more units will activate the limits switches [A] through a
rod [B] before a collusion will appear.
Make sure to install all the rods and connect the limit switches needed for a specific installation to
make it run safely, see below illustration for guidance.
WARNING! Always
secure the track
end-stops at both
ends!

NOTE:
When extending the
Track Runner with a passive
runner [H] the limit switch
cable must be extended and
connected to the "new" hard
limit switch of the combined
Each of the two end-stops [E] shall be firmly secured to the track and installed with a security bolt to
prevent any moving element to leave the track during normal operation. Also, the rod [B] shall be
mounted in the correct position depending on the left or right end of the track.
WARNING! Make
sure the end-stop
has a security bolt
installed!
