Questions and answers
How can I perform a reset on my EB55? My unit will frequently drop from 80% to zero power (including the red battery icon) without notice. This occurs after very light use (500W use for 60sec at a time, ~6-8 times over a 3 day period). It will show 80% power then turn off. Are there any other reasons for the unit to do this? When I plug it in to recharge it, it recharges in <30 minutes which would indicate that the battery is not actually drained.
