This information should be given to the owner and / or operator of this equipment after installation. This Nexus nanobubble generator is for use for horticulture and aquaculture installations ONLY.

    3 GENERAL WARNINGS The Nexus system can come with and without a pump. When a pump is included with the system, never open the inside of the pump drive motor enclosure. There is a capacitor bank that holds a 230 VAC charge even when there is no power to the unit.

    Run straight, horizontal piping for the suction side of the pump. The length of the piping should be equal to five (5) pipe diameters. Install screen filter on the intake pipe when using the Nexus generator in recirculating systems where debris can enter the system. Ensure mesh size does not restrict flow at the generator’s designed flow rate.
  • Page 8 Always disconnect power to the Nexus generator at the circuit breaker before servicing the pump. Failure to do so could result in death or serious injury to service people, users or others due to electric shock.

    20 feet or a half-hour fire wall. GAS CONNECTION Moleaer Nexus generators come with a standard ¼” NPT connection. Connect the oxygen supply hose to the unit, with a ¼” male NPT fitting.

    60 CFH and the 1000 up to 100 CFH, as indicated on the rotameter. The optimal gas flow rate is 16 CFH on the 200 Nexus, 32 CFH on the 500 Nexus and 72 CFH on the 1000 Nexus. Use the center of the indicating ball on the flow meter as the index.

    10 CLEANING & SANITIZING In normal operation, the internal elements of the Nexus generator can become fouled by mineral scale, biological matter, colloidal particles and insoluble organic constituents. Deposits can build up on the internal surfaces during operation and can cause diminished operation.
