12.3 Product Serial Number Switch

If you need to switch the current product to another serial number, you can switch through the following
steps:
On the Personal interface, click the "switch/add product" icon button, and the system will guide you to the
product serial number switching interface.

12.4 Log Out

If you need to log in to another NEXZDAS account or log out, you can operate by the following ways:
On the Personal interface, click the "Logout" icon button, the system will guide you to the NEXZDAS login
interface.

12.5 Remote Assistance

If you need some remote assistance when using the NEXZDAS application, you can get help in the
following ways:
1. On the "HUMZOR" main interface, click the "Remote Assistance" icon button.
2. If you have not installed the "TeamViewer: Remote Control" application, please click the "OK" button
to download and install the TeamViewer application.

If you need to feedback some problems when using the NEXZDAS application, you can use the following
steps to feedback:
1. On the "HUMZOR" main interface, click the "Feedback" icon button, and the system will guide you to
the feedback interface.
