tempera ture should not be lower than
5 °C.
Warning
• When connecting the piping, make
sure not to damage soldered joints on
the water heat ex changer connections.
• When connecting floor convectors
in permanent installation, a device to
separate all phases from the mains
shall be provided, with the open con-
tact clearance of 3 mm.
• Any intervention beyond the standard
connection is considered an interven-
tion into the device and shall only be
attempted with prior approval by the
manufacturer.
• In case that water, not caused by con-
densation enters into forced ventilation
floor convector, power supply shall be
switched off.
• In very humid areas such as bath-
rooms, toilets, swimming pools spe-
cial ver sions for humid spaces (TK-S,
TKV-S) should be installed.
Cleaning, Maintenance and
Spare Parts
Before any intervention, cleaning or
maintenance, make sure that the device
is disconnected from the power supply,
that the supply valve is closed and that
the conductor has cooled.
• Grilles: clean by means of a damp
cloth and detergent, vapor, ...
• The internals of the floor convec-
tor: periodically clean with a vacuum
cleaner (length of the clean ing interval
depends on dust density - amount of
dirt in the room). If the inside is very
dirty, the heat conductor should be
lifted, if this is possible for the flexible
installation of the conductor, the inside
should be cleaned and the heat con-
ductor should be cleaned with a high
pressure cleaning device (performed

by an authorized servicing service).
Make sure, that condensate elimina-
tion hose is clean, otherwise it can
cause flowing of water over the collec-
tion tray.
• Fan: the input-output parts of the fan
must be free and clean.
• Heat conductor: the surface of the
conductor must be clean so that air
can flow through. It is prohibited to
throw any objects, liquids or waste into
the convector.
• Spare parts: When ordering spare
parts, indicate the model and descrip-
tion of the convector. It is also recom-
mended to indicate the convector's
serial number. The builder's plate is
located on the side of the convector,
near the valves and power connection.

Troubleshooting

The fan does not work or is not rotating
properly:
• Check if the wires are connected in
accordance with the connection dia-
gram.
• Check whether the unit has a power
supply.
• Check if the fan is clean and that there
are no objects on the fan that would
prevent it rotating.
The convector does not heat or cool:
• Check whether the flow of water is
enabled, whether the valves are open
and ventilate the conductor.
• Check whether the water supply is
completely in order (if it is warm/cold
enough).
The device is leaking condensation:
• Check whether the device is inclined
in the direc tion of the condensation
drain.
• Check whether the condensation drain
is clogged.
