7.3 Switching the device on/off
The device turns on automatically once it is connected to the
power supply.
To turn off the device, disconnect it from the power supply
(disconnect the power adapter and/or remove the batteries).
Disconnecting and reconnecting the power supply resets the
device, in which case you will need to enter the desired settings
again .
7.4 Main functions of the device
1 . Weather forecast – the device monitors such parameters as
temperature and humidity fluctuations, using this information
to forecast weather trends over the next 12-24 hours. It
informs about the forecast weather using icons (pictograms):
• Sunny – sun is displayed
• Mostly sunny, partly cloudy – sun and clouds are displayed
• Cloudy – clouds are displayed
• Rain – raindrops are displayed
In natural conditions, the weather forecast is fairly accurate;
however, forecast accuracy cannot be guaranteed as multiple
factors may affect the results. In air-conditioned rooms
deviations must be taken into account.
2 . Wireless temperature measurement indoors and outdoors –
When the transmitter is located outside (within a range of 40
metres), it wirelessly transmits current weather information
(temperature and humidity) to the receiver. After enabling the
power supply, the device will, within 2 minutes, automatically
start data reception via radio waves.
