7 Use

Caution! Prior to using the device, remove the protective foil from
the displays. Remove the foil by grasping it with your fingers – do
not use any tools or any hard or sharp objects.
7.1 Inserting and changing batteries in the transmitter
In the newly purchased device, the batteries are inserted in the
battery compartment. The batteries may be covered with a piece
of protective foil or an insulation strip. Prior to first use, remove
the foil or insulation strip.
7.1.1 Insertion
1 . Open the transmitter battery compartment cover by sliding
it down, in the direction marked with the arrow on the cover.
2 . Remove the batteries from the device, and remove the
protective foil or the insulation strip from them.
3 . Then reinsert the batteries, observing the polarity marks in
the battery compartment.
4 . Close the battery compartment cover, performing the steps in
point 1 in reverse order.
7.1.2 Replacement
1 . Open the transmitter battery compartment cover by sliding
it down, in the direction marked with the arrow on the cover.
2 . Take out the spent batteries.
3 . Insert new batteries (2 x AA 1.5 V ) in accordance with the
polarity marks in the battery compartment.
4 . Close the battery compartment cover, performing the steps in
point 1 in reverse order.
