7.2 Inserting and changing batteries in the receiver
In the newly purchased device, the batteries are inserted in the
battery compartment. The batteries may be covered with a piece
of protective foil or an insulation strip. Prior to first use, remove
the foil or the insulation strip.
7.2.1 Insertion
1 . Open the receiver battery compartment cover by pressing the
lock and pulling the battery compartment cover towards you.
2 . Remove the batteries from the device, and remove the
protective foil or the insulation strip from them.
3 . Then reinsert the batteries, observing the polarity marks in
the battery compartment.
4 . Close the battery compartment cover, performing the steps in
point 1 in reverse order.
7.2.2 Replacement
1 . Open the receiver battery compartment cover by pressing the
lock and pulling the battery compartment cover towards you.
2 . Take out the spent batteries.
3 . Insert new batteries (3 x AAA 1.5 V ) in accordance with the
polarity marks in the battery compartment.
4 . Close the battery compartment cover, performing the steps in
point 1 in reverse order.
Caution!
• The device is designed to be used with AA 1.5 V
batteries.
• The batteries are included.
