DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES
(Remove parts in the order as numbered.)
Caution:
To prevent electrostatic breakdown, be sure to ground
your body and work bench. (Refer to " Grounding for
electrostatic breakdown prevention" on p.2.)
When disassembling the unit, use care not to
allow dust, dirt or any other contaminant to get on
disassembled parts. Especially avoid, leaving them
in the disassembled state for a long time.
1. Removal of Lamp Cover Ass'y
a. Loosen 2 screws marked [
* These screws can only be loosened but not removed.
b. Remove the Lamp Cover Ass'y. (Fig. 2)

2. Removal of Lamp Cartridge
a. Loosen 2 screws marked [
* These screws can only be loosened but not removed.
b. Hold the handle, pull out the Lamp Cartridge and it can
be removed. (Fig. 4)

注意：
・静電気破壊防止のため、人体アース・作業台アースを
行ってください。 （2ページの 「静電気破壊防止のため
のアース処理」 を参照）
・分解の際は、ゴミ、埃、汚れが付かないように注意し
てください。 特に分解したままの長時間放置は避けて
ください。
1. ランプカバーAss yの取り外し方

a. のネジ2本を緩めます。 （Fig. 1）
＊このネジは外れません。緩めるだけです。
b. ランプカバーAss yを外します。 （Fig. 2）

2. ランプカートリッジの取り外し方
w
a. のネジ2本を緩めます。 （Fig. 3）
＊このネジは外れません。緩めるだけです。
b. 把手をつかみランプカートリッジを引き抜き、取り出し
ます。 （Fig. 4）
