3. Bright pixel
Criterion: Fail if there is even 1 bright pixel.
Phenomenon: A bright pixel remains bright on the image
screen.
It looks shiny on the screen with no signal
applied or on the dark screen.
Possible cause: The DMD mirror is fixed at the ON posi-
tion and the affected pixel looks shiny.
4. Unstable pixel
Criterion: Fail if there is even 1 unstable pixel.
Phenomenon: A pixel becomes bright and dark on the
image screen.
Possible cause: The DMD mirror repeats ON/OFF unsta-
bly and the affected pixel becomes bright
and dark accordingly.
5. Contamination, dust
Test method :
No signal application
Criterion :
Fail if there are 7 or more contaminated
points in the image screen.
Phenomenon : Foreign matter or dust is reflected brightly
or darkly.
Possible cause : Dust, scratch or foreign matter attached
on DMD is reflected on the image screen.
3. ブライトピクセル
判定：
１画素でもあれば NG
現象：
映像画面の画素全体が明るくなったまま変わ
らない。無信号又は、暗い画面で輝いて見え
る。
発生原因： ＤＭＤミラーが ON 位置で固定し、輝いて見
える画素欠陥
4. アンステーブルピクセル
判定：
１画素でもあれば NG
現象：
映像画面の画素が明るくなったり暗くなった
りする。
発生原因： ＤＭＤミラーが不安定にON/OFFを繰り返す
画素欠陥
5. 汚れ、ゴミ
検査方法： 無信号
判定：
映像画面内に７個以上は NG
現象：
ゴミや埃が明るく、または暗く映る。
発生原因： DMD などに付いたゴミやキズが映像画面に
映り込む現象
