Repairs made to the bed or the repair or replacement of
parts under the terms and conditions of this limited warranty
apply only to the initial warranty period and cannot be used
to extend this period. The repair or replacement of the
adjustable bed or any other components will not extend
the duration of this limited warranty.
The decision to repair or replace defective parts under the
coverage of this limited warranty belongs exclusively to
Zedbed, at its sole discretion.
INCLUSIONS IN ZEDBED'S
LIMITED WARRANTY
The limited warranty covers all required repairs resulting
from a manufacturing defect or a defective component
according to the coverage period shown in the table below.

Steel joint components
*Please note that you will be charged for parts and labor if the components of
your adjustable bed are no longer under warranty.

EXCLUSIONS FROM ZEDBED'S
LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty does not apply :
1. To damage caused by the purchaser or if the pro-
duct was improperly used ;
2. To noise resulting from the normal operation of the
adjustable bed ;
3. If the bed is not placed on a base approved by
Zedbed (see definition of an appropriate base) ;
4. To damage caused by repairs or the replacement
of parts of the adjustable bed not authorized by
Zedbed ;
5. To damage caused by mishandling the bed (either
in transit or by other means) or by physical or elec-
trical misuse, and any other operation of the device
that is not consistent with the operating and mainte-
nance procedures described in this limited warranty,
or any other relevant document issued or approved
by Zedbed ;
6.
To damage caused by a mattress that is incompa-
tible with an adjustable bed ;
7.
If the recommended weight restrictions have not
been respected ;
8.
If the Zedbed product was obtained elsewhere than
from an authorized Zedbed retailer ;
9.
If after-sales service was obtained elsewhere than
from an authorized Zedbed retailer ;
10. If the product is used for commercial or institutional
purposes.
