DISCLAIMER REGARDING MEDICAL USE
AT HOME AND IN HOSPITAL
Your adjustable bed was not designed for medical use
at home. It was not intended for hospital use and is not
designed to meet the standards of health care facilities.
Do not use this bed with oxygen equipment or near
explosive gases.
PARTS SEVICEABLE BY THE USER
This product was specifically designed to require minimal
maintenance from the user. It is recommended to not
open the motors, not change the wires, and not adjust,
modify or change the product structure, because these
actions will void the limited warranty. However, you must
replace the batteries of the remote control when they
become low.
ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS
This product was designed for a 110-volt standard electrical
circuit and was manufactured in the factory with an electrical
cable and a specific plug that allow it to be connected to an
appropriate electrical circuit.
Make sure this product is plugged into an electrical outlet
that has the same configuration as the plug. No adapter
should be used with this product. If the product needs to be
reconfigured for use with a different type of electric circuit,
this must be done by a qualified electrician.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS :
This product must be grounded
correctly. In case of a power outage
or a malfunction, the grounding
allows the electric current to take
a path of minimal resistance to
reduce the risk of electric shock.

The plug must be plugged into
an appropriate
properly installed and grounded
in accordance with local codes and
regulations.

An improperly connected grounding conductor may
cause a risk of electric shock. Please consult an electrician
or a qualified technician if you are unsure whether the
product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug
provided with the product. If it does not fit properly
in your power outlet, have an appropriate electrical
outlet installed by a qualified electrician. Unauthorized
modifications could void the portion of the limited
warranty applicable to the electrical components. Using
an improperly grounded electrical box may jeopardize
the operation of the grounding safety device and could
cause electric shock, an electrical fire or a malfunction
in the product.
