TROUBLESHOOTING Please refer to “warranty” section of this guide for service. • Before contacting our customer service department, please make sure that the wall outlet is now working order. Plug in another item (i.e. table lamp) to verify. In the case where a technician is sent to your house and the issue is due to malfunction of wall outlet, a charge of 75$ will be billed to you for the visit. -
