LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

coverage for 20 years from the date of purchase of your
adjustable bed (see exclusions). To benefit from the limited
warranty, you must provide a proof of purchase from one of
our authorized Zedbed retailers. If the original proof of
purchase is not provided by the buyer, Zedbed reserves the
right to declare that the adjustable bed is not covered by
this limited warranty.
This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser
and cannot be sold, assigned, transferred or given in
whole or in part to a purchaser or subsequent owner of
the product.
Demonstration and liquidation models have a 10-year
limited warranty, or 50% of this limited warranty. The
beginning of the warranty is determined not by the
original purchase date on the receipt, but by the "date of
manufacture" indicated on the adjustable bed. Please note
that demonstration and floor models are sold "as is" and
"with all faults", and covers are not covered.
LIMITED WARRANTY PRECAUTION
Do not open the control box or wireless remote controls
(except the battery compartment). The limited warranty is
null and void if these items have been modified. The repair or
replacement of parts of the adjustable bed should be done
by a technician authorized by Zedbed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RELATING TO THE REPLACEMENT
OF A PRODUCT
Zedbed will cover the costs of replacing or repairing the
buyer's product if it is found defective during the period
of this limited warranty. However, all transportation costs
related to the repair or replacement of the product will
be the responsibility of the buyer.
Inc. offers limited
No new limited warranty will be issued with the
replacement product. In the case of a replacement, the
limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase
of the original product (date on the original invoice).
As for the replacement of the product in accordance
with the terms and conditions of this limited warranty,
if a buyer decides to purchase a higher-quality product
that is more expensive, they can do so by paying the
difference between the cost of the original product that
is replaced and the cost of the higher-quality product. In
the event that the buyer decides to purchase a higher-
quality product as described in this paragraph, a new
limited warranty will be issued. The limited warranty
will begin on the date of purchase of the higher-quality
product (date on the bill of exchange).
Zedbed reserves the right to replace or repair the
materials of defective products with others of equal or
better quality. No limited warranty is provided for the
matching of the colors and fabrics of the replacement
model with the original model.
