5.6 Swiveling the saw band

Swiveling the saw band continuously through 30° to the right in relation to the band roll axis is possible to cut
wood of a maximum thickness of 9 cm at any point at a right angle.
Use the following procedure to swivel the saw
band:
1. Press the lever (1) forward.
Saw band swiveled.

Pull back the lever (1) to swivel the saw band back to the initial position. Swiveling the saw band is also
possible when the saw is used by two persons.

5.7 Conversion to saw used by two persons

To be used by two persons, the machine must be equipped with a third handle. During the sawing process, the
machine is guided by the operator with both hands.
Use the following procedure to install the third
handle:
1. Rotate the rubber buffer (13) on the underside
of the machine a few turns counterclockwise,
and remove it.
2. Insert the handle (20) provided into the groove
and tighten it.
Third handle installed.

Use the following procedure to prepare the saw
for use with two persons:
1. Turn both handles on the top of the machine
back counterclockwise until you can fold them
through 90°.
Machine ready to be used by two
