Particularly affected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year.

    Set-Up Place WARNING ⚠ Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.

    ASSEMBLY General Instructions ⚠ DANGER Do not leave any tools, packaging materials such as foils or small parts lying around, as otherwise there is a danger of suffocation for children. Keep children away from the equipment during assembly. ⚠ WARNING Pay attention to the instructions attached to the equipment in order to reduce the risk of injuries.

    Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given. NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fit properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so. Step 1: Assembly of the Bottom Base, Upright Frame and Guide Rods Attach four oval end caps (27) to the bottom base (1).
  • Page 15 Step 2: Assembly of the Weight Stack Slide two rubber donuts (19) over the guide rods (3). Carefully slide each of the heavy weight plates (16) over the guide rods (3). Attach the selector shaft (11) and the pulley block (12) to the top weight plate (16) with one bolt assembly (35).
  • Page 16 Step 3: Assembly of the Double Pulley Blocks and Pulleys Attach the double pulley blocks (13) to the upper slide block (6) with one shaft (37) and one bolt assembly (36) each. Tighten the bolts and nuts (36). Slightly pull the fast pin (23) and slide the upper slide block (6) over the upright frame (2). Tighten the fast pin (23) again and make sure it engages in one of the holes on the upright frame (2).
  • Page 17 Step 4: Assembly of the Upper Beam and Pulleys Attach the upper beam (8) to the upright frame (2) and guide rods (3) with four bolt assemblies (33). Attach three pulleys (20) along with three cable slides (7) to the upper beam (8) with one bolt assembly (31) each.
  • Page 18 Step 5: Cable Routing NOTICE To perform the cable routing, you might need to loosen some of the pulleys. Detach the ball ends of the cable (9) and place one end of the cable under the upper pulley in the double pulley block (13a). Reattach the ball end to the cable (9) in this position to ensure the cable (9) does not pull through.
  • Page 19 Step 6: Assembly of the Covers Remove the plastic bolt head (24) from the nylon lock bushing (22). Attach the left cover (4) to the bottom base (1) and upper beam (8) with four bolt assemblies (30). Attach the right cover (5) to the bottom base (1) and upper beam (8) with four bolt assemblies (30).

Pay attention to the condition of your wall to determine which assembly material is suitable for your wall. The contractual partner accepts no liability for any damage to the wall. Make sure that there are no cables or wires running in the wall where you attach the training equipment.

For training equipment like smith machines, weight benches or racks this could for example be a floor mat, which makes your fitness equipment stand more securely and also protects the floor from sweat but it could be also additional weights, handles, foot straps for leg exercises or triceps ropes.
