Problem
Handmixer does
not operate.
Kneader cannot be
fitted to socket.
Handmixer starts
to slow or labour
during processing.
Excessive splashing
or flour spray during
processing.
Unable to remove
tools from sockets.
Cause
No Power.
Fitting kneader to wrong
socket.
Speed selected too low.
Recommended quantity
exceeded.
Recommended 3
minute operating time
exceeded.
Speed selected too high.
Bowl too shallow or too
small for ingredients
being processed.
Speed switch not in "O"
position.
Solution
Check appliance is plugged in.
Check the fuse/circuit breaker in
your home.
If none of the above see "service
and customer care".
The kneader with the metal collar
e will only fit into the larger
socket.
Insert the kneader - turn and
push until a positive click is felt.
Increase speed.
Refer to recommended speed
chart for speeds and quantities
to process.
Do not operate for longer than 3
minutes in any 5 minute period
with doughs or heavy cake
mixes.
Select a lower speed initially and
increase as the mixture thickens.
Select an appropriate sized
mixing bowl.
To remove the tools, make sure
the speed switch is in the OFF
"O" position and unplug the
handmixer.
