on the engine, measure the current by the phases of the electric engine. Open the throttling device by observing the
current rise. In all design positions of the throttling device (or other control device), the current must not exceed the
nominal value indicated on the electric engine nameplate or in the data sheet. If at any position of the throttling device
the current becomes higher than the rated current, this indicates that the fan does not match the ventilation system (or
that the engine power is insufficient). To limit the operating current, it is necessary to fix the position of the throttling
device at the rated current. Further, when the fan is operated, no regulation should reduce the mains resistance
against the set fixed position of the throttle.
After mounting
• Ensure that the product is connected correctly and that the ground connections are properly mounted.
• Ensure that the electrical terminal box is correctly assembled and it is water tight.
• Ensure the impeller rotates in the right direction.
• The air outlet direction should be in accordance with the direction indicated on the label.
• Ensure there are no obstructions in the airflow path.
• During operation of the product, there should be no vibration, internal friction, or shock sounds when the fan is
rotating or air is being drawn in.
• Check fan operation within one hour, if there are no unusual knocks, noise, increased vibration or other defects, the
fan will run normal operation.
• If you have other problems, please consult with a specialist.
Periodic maintenance should be carried out at least once every six months or more often, depending on the frequency
of its use. If these requirements are not followed, the product life time can be significantly reduced or serious damage to
the product can occur.
Fan maintenance and cleaning should be performed by a qualified technician.
Disconnect the fan from the mains.
Remove the fan by disconnecting it from the air ducts and air distributors and removing it from the installation site.
Remove dust from the fan net using a soft, dry brush or cloth.
Reassemble the fan and reinstall.
ATTENTION! In no case, the product must not be exposed to water. When cleaning the product, do not use flammable
or combustible cleaners.
ATTENTION! Inspect the product regularly: replace damaged or worn cables, bolts, or other parts.
Malfunction
When connected to the power
grid, the fan does not rotate,
does not respond to controls.
Low air flow.
Increased noise or vibration.
