Alarm Definitions
Configuration Error
A Configuration Error (CONFIG ERROR) alarm indicates that the
DSU has detected one of the following conditions:
•
The checksum computed by the DSU for its configuration does not
match the one it stored at the time the configuration was
performed.
•
The settings of switchbanks S11, Starting DS0, and S12, Number
of DS0s, are such that the configured group of DS0s would extend
DS0s beyond number 24.
