VISCA™ Device Setting Command
Before starting control of the FCB camera, be sure to send the Address command and IF_Clear command using the broadcast.
For VISCA™ network administration
Address : Sets the address of the peripheral device. Use when initializing the network, and receiving the
following network change message.
Network Change : Sent from the peripheral device to the controller when the device is removed or added from or to the
network. The address must be re-set when this message is received.

IF_Clear: Clears the command buffers in the FCB camera and cancels the command being executed.
