The specialist technician must ensure that the refrig-
erant is flushed adequately to allow maintenance and
repair work to be carried out on refrigerant circuit
components without risk. Refrigerant must be prop-
erly handled and disposed of; it must not be released
into the environment! The refrigeration circuit is "her-
metically sealed" and contains the refrigerant R290.
Information on the GWP value and CO
equivalent of

the refrigerant is available under "Device information".
The refrigerant is CFC-free, non-ozone depleting and
combustible.
Always disconnect the power supply before carrying
out any work on the domestic hot water heat pump.
When connecting the domestic hot water heat pump
to the power supply, the relevant country-specific
standards must be complied with. Also observe the
technical connection requirements of the electrical
utility companies.
This heat pump is designed for use in a domestic en-
vironment according to Article 1, Paragraph 2 k) of EU
directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive) and is
thus subject to the requirements of EU directive
2014/35/EU (Low Voltage Directive).
