Selected Pipes - Pipe sizes should be selected according to the "Refrigerant Piping Size and Charging
Data" in Technical CatalogⅠ and Ⅱ.
Piping Accessories - Confirm that the prepared piping accessories such as a filter-dryer, a sight glass,
a solenoid valve, insulation material and fittings have been correctly selected according to the conditions
specified in Table 1.

Flare size - For piping and connection section, use R410A corresponding items. Sizes of flare nuts and
flares at the front end of the copper tubing also should change. Select according to the following
specifications.

Tightening Flare Nut - When tightening the flare nut, utilize two spanners to require tightening torque as
shown below:
