MODEL DESCRIPTION:
The LFST-48 is a large capacity dry cabinet for displaying food product at proper serving
temperatures. This allows for food to be prepared in advance of peak serving periods, while placing
product in full-view to increase impulse sales.

OPERATION:
1. Plug unit into a properly grounded electrical outlet of the correct voltage, size and plug configuration.
2. Position On/Off rocker switch in the ON position. Allow 20-30 minutes to reach operating temperature.
NOTE: Unit is equipped with an electronic temperature controller.
To adjust or set the temperature, place the red mode switch control knob at the SP-1 position
indicated on the controller.
Adjust the setpoint screw to the desired temperature. (Maximum setting is 220°F).
Turn the red mode switch control knob to the "TEMP" position to complete the programming.
CLEANING:
NOTE: Use only non-abrasive cleaners. Abrasive cleaners can scratch the finish of your unit marring
its appearance.
Clean daily with a soft, damp cloth.
Wipe off sign holder inserts using a soft, clean and damp cloth. Do not use glass cleaner. Glass
cleaner may scratch the polycarbonate surface.
