SPECIFICATION


Micro controller Based, Single Display.

Dimensions: Size: 96 x 96 x 100 mm.
Supply: 110 to 250V AC, 50 Hz (SMPS).

Sensor: NPN/PNP Proximity switch selectable.

Output: 2 SSR + Buzzer o/p.

Range: FILL TIME: 0.01 to 9.99 Second.

DISPLAY

Here 6-Digit Display indicates TOTAL COUNT during Running Mode.

FRONT KEYS

1. Varify the current value of Fill Time, Seal Time and Set Count by pressing and holding SET/ENTER
Key. Make sure that parameter can not be changed by this key.
2. To change FILL Time, press UP/DOWN Key given for FILL time.
3. To change SEAL Time, press UP/DOWN Key given for SEAL time.
4. Press Count key to change no of count.
5. Press Reset key to reset the total count.

WORKING

1. Do all connection as shown in connection diagram and turn on Instrument.
2. SSR-1 is for FILL TIME and SSR-2 is for SEAL TIME & Buzzer for SET COUNT.
3. When pulse comes through Proximity Switch both SSR are Instant ON & remain ON for their
individual Fill & Seal Time.
4. After completing of one cycle display will indicate 1 increment in COUNT.
5. When second pulse come then above process will be repeated again and after completion of Fill
and Seal Time then again one increment in count occurs.
6. When value of count on display reaches at SET COUNT, BUZZER turn on and it remains ON for 5
second and then turns off.
7. When again SET COUNT achieved then Buzzer will turn on and process continues.
Panel Cutout: 92 x 92 mm.
SEAL TIME: 0.01 to 9.99 Second.
SET COUNT: 1 to 9999.
