Ice Cream Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 c. chocolate chips
6 Best-Ever Donuts
6 mini scoops strawberry ice cream
Directions
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips on low in 30-second intervals. Let cool.

Halve donuts and scoop ice cream onto donut bottom, then sandwich with donut top.

Dip half of donut in melted chocolate and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or dish.

Freeze until firm, 20 minutes.
