Controlling the Monitor via LAN
Connect the monitor to the network
The monitor is equipped with a LAN port (RJ-45). Connecting the monitor to a network allows you to control the monitor from a
computer via a network. To use a LAN connection, you are required to assign an IP address to the monitor (page 74).
The monitor will obtain an IP address automatically when connected to a DHCP network.
Example of LAN connection
To enable command control via LAN on the monitor, check the settings on both the [Control Interface] in the OSD menu and
TCP settingsin the web browser.
Change the control interface to LAN with MENU
Set [Control Interface] under [Control Settings] to [LAN] (page 74).
