Operating instructions
This high-pressure module is provided as a component of
downstream high-pressure cleaning equipment. Therefore,
it can only be started up within this installation.
The water is taken from a downstream storage tank provi-
ded on site.
The electricity is supplied via an electric distributor. An
EMERGENCY STOP switch and a master switch are loca-
ted on this distributor. The electrical connection to the
electricity network is provided on site.

1. Switching off in emergencies

n Press the emergency stop button
n Set the master switch to the „0" position.
n Shut off the water supply
n Release pressure
2. Initial operation
n Open the water supply
n Set the master switch to the „I" position.
System is ready to run.

Hazard!
n Injury hazard due to escaping,
possibly hot waterjet.
Check the high pressure hose, pipes and fittings for
damage before each use.
Immediately renew any leaking components and
seal leaking connections.
Only original Kärcher high-pressure hoses are optimal-
ly designed for the system. We will not accept any
responsibility if other hoses are used.
Even after being switched off at the EMERGENCY
STOP button or master switch, the high-pressure
module is still highly pressurised.
Release the pressure at the end of operation
n Poisoning or caustic burns hazard due to cleaning
agent.
Appropriate safety measures must be taken when
handling cleaning agent concentrates that contain
substances harmful to health. In particular, safety
goggles, protective gloves and protective clothing are
to be worn.
The information leaflets enclosed with the cleaning
agent and the local regulations must be observed.
Store the cleaning agent out of reach of unauthorized
persons.
