Troubleshooting

Possible cause
There is no voltage in the
machine.
Microbes are destroyed.
Detergent liquid has
been consumed.
The detergent solution
sticks to the cleaned
parts.
Duster cloth sucks off the
detergent liquid.
Device leaky.
Gap between the tank
and basin.
Close locking tap.
Operation time of pump
has expired (LED "Pump"
blinks).
Too little detergent liquid
in the tank.
Filter in the tank is
blocked.
Hose is blocked or leaky.
Pump is defective (pump
does not work despite
LED "Pump" glowing).
Remedy
Check electrical mains.
Replace filter mat.
Pur one bottle of RM microbe
suspension into the device.
Replace detergent liquid and fil-
ter mat.
Let the cleaned parts drain off.
Do not use a duster cloth for
cleaning.
Check tank for leaks.
Place the basin properly on the
tank; if required, replace the
washer between the tank and
basin.
Open locking tap.
Set the "Pump ON/OFF" switch
to "OFF" and then set it back to
"ON".
Refill detergent till the indicator
lamp "Refill detergent" goes off.
Remove basin and clean the fil-
ter.
Check hose connection from
the pump to the washing brush
or to the rinsing tap for blockag-
es or leaks.
Replace the pump.
