 Scoop out the particles floating on the
detergent liquid.
 Pump the detergent fluid in a suitable
container.
 If the oil swims on the detergent fluid,
then stop pumping when oil starts com-
ing out of the pump. Scoop out the oil
by hand and dispose off according to
the local regulations.
 Rinse container and pump with water.
 Check status of hose pipes.
 Replace the basin.
Only for PC 100 M1 BIO
Caution
Risk of damage to the hose pipe in the con-
tainer if it comes in contact with the heating
element. Replace the basin in such a way
that the pump in the tank is located on the
same side as the locking valves of the
cleaning tools.
 Only PC 100 M2 BIO Replace the lock
pins.
 Remove rinsing floor.
 Remove filter mat.
 Insert new filter mat.
 Hold the old filter mat over the new filter
mat and wring it out.
 Please dispose off used filter mats ac-
cording to the local regulations for spe-
cial wastes (see "Instructions for
disposal").
 Replace the rinsing floor.
 Pour back the detergent into the device.
 If the indicator lamp glows, pour 20 liter
detergent fluid RM PC-BIO into the ba-
sin.
Maintenance contract
You can enter into a maintenance contract
with the concerned Kaercher Sales Office
for the machine.
