Litering out the filter
 Switch off the system.
 Drain half the recycled water tank
through the drain valve (up to the con-
nection of the recirculation valve).
 Close the drain valve.
 Measure the distance between the wa-
ter surface and the rim of the cover in
the recycled water tank (use a metre-
stick and a flashlight).
 Switch on the system and let it run for exact-
ly 5 minutes. Switchoff the system.
 Measure the water level again.

Recycling water Check recycled water for odour and turbidity. See the "Troubleshooting"
section for measures against poor quality of recycled water.
Detergent con-
Reduce detergent dose at the washing unit if there is too much foam for-
centration in re-
mation.
cycled water
Filament filter
Check filtering capacity. As long as the washing unit draws waterwater, the wa-
ter level in the recycled water tank must not fall below the starting level S9.
Trigger the manual backwash or clean or change filter module if capacity is
too low.
Swimmer
Check settings and status of the float sensors; inform Customer Service, if
switch
required.
Sludge collec-
After sludge has been collected, there should be no sludge in any of the ba-
tion, pump basin
sins. The sludge in the sludge collector should be maximum 1 m in height.
Check sludge level; pump out and dispose of the sludge, if required. Clean
the basin.
Conductivity
Remove, clean and install the conductivity sensor.

Ventilation
If the ventilation is running, bubbles are visible in the pump basin.
Immersion
The flow rate is correct if the water level in the processed water tank does
pump
not fall below level S9 at the bottom when the washing unit is being oper-
ated.
Filter inlay
Replace filter inlay of the filament filter.
 Determine the filling capacity of the
tank.
With 1 tank: (height difference in cm) x
72 = filling capacity in litres per hour
With 2 tanks: (height difference in cm) x
144 = filling capacity in litres per hour
 Add 500 l/h to the determined filling capaci-
ty (loss by recirculation during filling).
Example:
The system has 1 recycled water tank.
Distance to the rim of the cover before
the system is switched on: 81 cm
Distance to the rim of the cover after 5
minutes of system operation: 46 cm
/h = 17 - 25 l/min)?

 Height difference: 81 cm-46 cm = 35 cm
 Filling capacity: 35 cm x 72 = 2520 l/h
 Add 500 l/h
Filter capacity of the WRP 3000: 3020 l/h
The system is properly adjusted.
