Possible cause
There is no voltage in the machine. Check electrical mains.
Main switch is switched off.
Motor protection switch for the con-
trol and the prepressure pump has
been triggered.
Control board defective, green
LEDs are not blinking.
Pressure sensor or cable to pres-
sure sensor defective.
Flushed the nozzle.
Suction site pipe leaking.
Safety valve is leaky.
Overflow valve is leaking or set too
low.
Valve in the pump defective, high-
pressure solenoid valve does not
close.
Pump is sucking air.
Valve plate or valve spring is defec-
tive.
Advance pump calcified or defec-
tive.
Leakage in the high-pressure pipe-
line system or hand spray gun leak-
ing.
Backflow valve or control piston
seal leaking in overflow valve.
The water shortage safeguard in
the swimmer tank has got activat-
ed.
Swimmer valve is jammed.
Thermal sensor in the engine or the
over-current protection switch has
been triggered.
The temperature sensor in the
swimmer tank has been activated.
Leakage in the high-pressure pipe-
line system.
Too many consumer loads open at
the same time.

Remedy
Turn on the main switch.
Check motor protection switch.
Check control board, replace if necessary.
Replace pressure sensor or cable.
Replace the nozzle.
Check screw fittings and hoses.
Check the setting; install new washers, if re-
quired.
Check valve parts; replace damaged parts;
clean the dirt.
Replace defective components.
Check suction system and remove leaks.
Replace defective components.
Check advance pump.
Locate and seal leakage.
Repair the overflow valve.
Remove the water shortage.
Check swimmer valve for free movement.
Rectify cause for over-loading.
Reduce water infeed temperature.
Locate and seal leakage.
Close some consumer loads.
Replace flow switch.
Locate and seal leakage.
