Proper use

This appliance is only meant for dry use
- it is not suitable for sucking in liquids
and other wet substances.
The appliance is suited for the extrac-
tion of dry, combustible, harmful dusts
on machines and appliances in zone
22; dust class H and B1 according to
EN 60 335–2-69.
This appliance is suitable for industrial
use.
Any other use other than the specified
one will be treated as improper use of
the appliance.

Symbols on the machine

Do not suck in any ignition
sources! Suitable for suction
of combustible dusts of the
dust explosion classes in
Zone 22.
Warning
Danger of crushing while inserting and
locking the vacuuming material contain-
er.
Never hold your hands between the vacu-
uming material container and the vacuum
cleaner or put them near the guide bolts
while locking . Lock the vacuuming material
container by pressing the respective lever
with both the hands!
The suction vacuum must not fall below the
indicated value. If the suction under-pres-
sure falls below the specified level, stop the
appliance and clean the filter.
Note: As the suction vacuum is a negative
numerical value, a larger, absolute numeri-
cal value is displayed on the pressure
gauge in case of a lower deviation.

Safety instructions

 Switch off the appliance after complet-
ing work and pull the mains plug.

When the outgoing air is carried back
into the room, a sufficient ventilation
rate L in the room must be ensured. To
comply with the required limit values the

This appliance contains harmful dust.
Evacuation and maintenance work, in-
cluding the disposal of the dust collec-
tion containers, may only be performed
by specialists who wear the appropriate
protective equipment.
Only persons trained in the use of the
machine and the handling of substanc-
es for which the machine is to be used
including training in the safe disposal of
the sucked-in material may use the ma-
chine.
The vacuuming material container must
be emptied, even after every use.
The use of a safety filter bag is required
by law.
Do not use the appliance without the
complete filtering system.
