questions
This chapter lists the questions most frequently
asked about the hand blender. If you cannot find
the answer to your question, please contact the
Customer Care Centre in your country.
Why doesn't the appliance work?
The batteries may be empty. Recharge the
batteries (see chapter 'getting started', section
'Charge your hand blender').
The safety switch may be stuck in the lower
position. In this case, it is not possible to switch
on the appliance and the indicator lights flash
red. Move the safety switch upwards, push it
downwards again and release it. Then try to
switch on the appliance again. If you still cannot
switch on the appliance after this, contact your
Philips dealer or a service centre authorised by
Philips.
The overheat protection may have switched off
the appliance because the motor is too hot. The
indicator lights light up red. let the appliance
cool down before you continue to use it. If
the appliance still does not work, contact your
Philips dealer or a service centre authorised by
Philips.
