Probable Cause
Reduced discharge pressure.
Insuffi cient thermal load.
Refrigerant lack.
Low evaporator water fl ow.
Insuffi cient refrigerant supply in the evaporator. •
Excessive thermal load.
Defective compressor.
Compressor runs at reversed rotation.
Defective cold water connections.
Obstructed condensate draining.
Improper installation of the draining lines.
Noisy compressor.
Vibrations in the refrigerant or
condensation water piping.
Panels or metallic parts not
properly fastened.
Dryer fi lter with restricted passage.
The expansion valve accepts
excessive refrigerant.
Procedure
Ver item 7.
Verifi car condiciones de proyecto.
Verifi car y corregir pérdidas. Adicionar
refrigerante si es necesario.
Verifi car válvula de regulación de
caudalde agua del evaporador
Verifi car regulación del registro
de la bomba de agua fría.
Verifi car fi ltro de agua fría.
Verifi car obstrucción en el fi ltro secador
o en las líneas. Sustituir o corregir.
Verifi car obstrucción en la válvula de
expansión. Sustituir si es necesario.
Check overheating setting of
the expansion valve (4 to 6°C).
Set if necessary.
Verifi car posición del bulbo y del
tubo ecualizador de la válvula de
expansión.Corregir de acuerdo
con especifi cación de fábrica.
Verifi car operación de la
válvula solenoide.
Verifi car condiciones del proyecto.
Check suction and discharge
pressures. Replace if necessary.
Check suction and discharge pressures.
In case, reversion is detected,
invert the terminal power cables.
Check and correct.
Check and clean condensate
trays and drains.
Check connections and siphons.
Correct if necessary.
Check expansion valve setting.
Check internal noises.
Replace if required.
