7.3 General Care
a) Keep the cabinet and the grids, as well as the
area around the unit as clean as possible.
b) Periodically clean the condenser coil with a soft
brush.If the fi ns are too dirty use low-
pressure water or air in the direction opposite to
the air fl ow. Be careful not to damage the fi ns.
If they are creased, it is advisable to use a proper
fi n comb to correct the problem.
c) Check the setting of the connections and other
fi xtures, preventing vibrations, losses and noises.
d) Make sure the insulation of the plated parts
and piping are at the proper location and in
good conditions.
e) Periodically check if the voltage and the phase
imbalance is within the specifi c limits.
f) Check if the Y fi lter and the water supply line
are clean.
g) Check the operation of the cold water fl ow valve.

7.4 Refrigerant charge
These units are shipped with full refrigerant R-407C
charge.In case a lack of refrigerant is found a equipment
already charged, proceed as indicated in the fl owchart
below:

START
LOCATE LOSS
FIX LOSS
CHECK TIGHTNESS
PERFORM VACUUM 250 μHg
CHARGE REFRIGERANT (PART CHARGE)
START-UP EQUIPMENT
COMPLETE REFRIGERANT CHARGE
END
ATTENTION
Never load refrigerant in the state for the side low
pressure of the system.
