Wrong option switch
settings.
Incompatible bill
validator.
Defective bill validator.
HT2 defective Universal
controller board or
HT3 defective controller
board.
ALL BILLS ARE REJECTED
Apply power
Check fuses and
replace if
necessary.
Check cable at bill
validator, controller board,
and cable connection to
coin mech.
Fill coin tubes.
Clear / clean
path.
Reset.
Replace.
Check in
diagnostics
"Note Acceptor".
Replace.
