In the Network tab, tap the Network selection list.

Manually Selecting a Phone Network
Sometimes you may want to control costs by knowing when connectivity for your current, selected
network is unavailable.
1.
From the on-screen phone keypad, tap Menu > Options > Network tab.
2.
In the Network selection list, tap Manual.
3.
Select the network you want to use and tap OK.
4.
If your current network is unavailable, tap Select, and manually select a different network.
