Problem
Sampler turns off with red FAIL LED
flashing.

Possible Cause
A blocked state was not triggered during
calibration.
There is water in the water trap.
Filter is in backwards.
The filter is dirty.
The filter assembly or drain plug is not
installed.
Rear assembly screws are loose.
Pump has failed.

Solution
→ Activate the sampler. During
calibration block the airflow of the
sampler when prompted to by the
yellow BLOCK LED.
→ Empty the water trap.
→ Remove the filter plug assembly and
orient the filter so the open end is
facing away from the filter plug. Re-
insert the filter plug assembly.
→ Replace the filter.
→ Install the filter assembly and drain
plug.
→ Tighten rear assembly screws as per
Figure 8.
Note: Do not tighten greater than 3.0
in.-lb.
