Using the Notifications Panel
The Notification area indicates new message events (new mes-
sages, calendar events, call status, etc). You can open this panel
to view a list of all your notifications.
To see notifications:

Touch the status bar to reveal the
Notifications tab, and then drag
it down to open the Notifications
panel.
2 When current onscreen Notifica-
tions are displayed, touch a notifica-
tion entry to open the associated application.
Note: This information can be ac-
cessed by either dragging down
from the Status bar or by accessing
the Notifications panel
Notifications.
To clear all notifications:
1 Press to go to the Home screen.
2 Touch the status bar to reveal the
Notifications tab, and then drag
it down to open the Notifications
panel.
3 Touch Clear. This clears all notifica-
tion messages and closes the panel.
• All event-based notifications are cleared; ongoing notifica-
tions remain in the list, such as alarm.
To close the notifications panel:

Drag the tab at the bottom of the
Notifications panel to the top of the
screen.
