- Page 3 #1108 Sadie Silpper Chair Assembly Instructions Step 2 - Place the Back Frame (Part A) on a flat surface. Insert the Wood Dowels (Part F) into the middle-center holes located in the Back Frame as shown below. Step 3 - With the dust cover pulled back, align the corresponding dowel holes in the Seat Frame (Part B) with the dowels that were inserted in Step 2.
