MANUAL RELEASE

The ShutterBoss can be used manually even
when there are no batteries in the device.
The display panel will be off, of course, and
no beep will sound. To use the ShutterBoss
manually:
1: After connecting the ShutterBoss to
your camera, adjust your camera
settings. Choose your exposure mode,
shutter speed, focus mode, and shooting
mode.
2: Press the shutter release release button
halfway on the ShutterBoss. The camera
will focus (if set to Auto Focus).
3: Press full on the shutter release button
to take the photo. Release the button to
end shooting.
The shutter release button can also be used
to release the shutter while the timer is
active. The shutter will release and the timer
will continue its countdown.
To lock the pressed shutter button, slide the
shutter release button forward. If your
camera is set to Bulb mode, the shutter will
stay open until you slide the locked shutter
button back and release it.
