Solution
Check HP's Web site for an updated driver version for
your application.

The driver may not be optimized for the application
used. Open Display Properties, select AccelPanel, click
the Configure button, click the Applications tab, and
select the appropriate application.
Select the Higher Frame Rate Performance setting in
the AccelPanel - System Settings page.

Explanation
HP frequently updates the AccelGALAXY
driver to incorporate feature and
performance enhancements, or to fix
problems found when running specific
applications.
When an application is selected, the driver
settings are automatically configured for
optimum performance and visual comfort
for that application.
This will provide the maximum graphics
performance. However, visual comfort
may decrease in certain conditions.
