Lubricate the components that follow. Lubricate until the
grease can be seen at the edges. For correct grease,
refer to
Technical data on page 27 .
1. Connect the grease gun to the grease nipple.
2. Lubricate the bushing (A) at the drive belt plate with
a brush.
3. Lubricate the bushings (B), on the left side and the
right side of the product. Use a grease gun.

4. Lubricate the axle (C) with a brush.
The product does not start
Make sure that the power supply and the power
cords are not damaged.
Examine the machine stop button, turn the button
clockwise to release the machine stop button.
Examine the error indicator. Refer to
on page 26 .
Examine the ground fault circuit interrupter. Refer to
Ground fault circuit interrupter on page 10 .
The product suddenly stops
If the work load is too heavy for the product, the
motor protection engages and stops the motor. Refer
Error indicator on page 26 .

5. Lubricate the lubrication points of the lever for cutting
depth adjustment (D). Use a grease gun.
a) Lubricate the axle below the nut.
b) Turn the cutting depth wheel clockwise and
counterclockwise again and again and lubricate
equally. Push the lever to lock the cutting depth
wheel.
Examine the ground fault circuit interrupter. Refer to
Ground fault circuit interrupter on page 10 .
The product stops during startup
Correct voltage supply is necessary for a good motor
performance. Too long extension cords or too weak
extension cords decrease the power of the motor during
operation.
If the work load is too heavy for the product, the
motor protection trips and stops the motor. Refer to
Error indicator on page 26 .
Make sure that the extension cords are not too long
or too weak. Try to start the product again.
Make sure that the cutting blade moves freely.
If the product continues to stop during startup, speak
to an approved service workshop.
