4. Lift the pointer (A) to an upright position.

5. Loosen the front bolt (B) on the blade guard and lift
the blade guard latch (C).
6. Lift the blade guard front (D).
7. Lock the blade guard in the upright position with the
wire and the carabiner (E).
8. Remove the blade screw (F) with the supplied
wrench and counter wrench.

Note:
The blade screw on the right side of the
product has a left hand thread. The blade screw on
the left side of the product has a right hand thread.
9. Remove the blade flange (G).
WARNING:
can prevent correct installation of the
cutting blade. Examine the blade screw
(F), the blade flange (G), the inner flange
(H) and the locking pin (I) for damages.
Replace worn or damaged parts. Clean
the contact surfaces of the cutting blade
and the flanges. Clean the threads on
the blade screw and the inner flange.

10. Install the cutting blade on the inner flange (H).

11. Install the blade flange (G) and the blade screw (F).
Make sure that the locking pin (I) on the inner flange,
goes through the cutting blade and into the blade
flange (G).
12. Hold and push the cutting blade in reverse direction
of rotation. At the same time tighten the blade screw
(F) with the supplied wrench.
13. Lock the inner flange (H) with the supplied wrench
and tighten the blade screw (F) with the other
supplied wrench.

14. Torque the blade screw (F) to 74 ft lbs/100 Nm.
